RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS 

Licenses expire on January 30th of each year. A license renewal notice is mailed to each licensed Hearing Aid Specialist at their last address of record approximately one (1) to two (2) months prior to January 30th. The renewal application must be post-marked by January 30th to be considered without a late fee. When the renewal application is approved, the license is renewed for one (1) calendar year. The renewed licensee will will receive new pocket ID cards and a receipt for the renewal fee.

Renewal notices were mailed to licensees on December 15, 2015. Please note all licenses must be renewed by January 30th of each year in order to continue to practice in the state. If your license is not renewed by January 30th, YOU MAY NOT PRACTICE IN WYOMING.
