RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS 

Licenses expire on January 30th of each year. A license renewal notice will be mailed to each licensed Hearing Aid Specialist at their last address of record approximately one (1) to two (2) months prior to January 30th. The renewal application must be post-marked by January 30th to be considered without a late fee. When the renewal application is approved, the license is renewed for one (1) year. The renewed licensee will will receive a letter with new pocket ID cards and also serves as the receipt for the renewal fee.  Once card should be placed with your wall certificate to show your new expiration date.  The other can be carried by the licensee.

Please note all licenses must be renewed by January 30th of each year in order to continue to practice in the state. 

If your license is not renewed by January 30th, you may not practice in Wyoming.

The Wyoming Board of Hearing Aid Specialists is staffed through the Professional Licensing Boards Office, a division of A&I.

Wyoming Statute 33-35-103 (b) requires corporations, partnerships, trusts, associations or like organizations to file annually with the board a list of all licensed hearing aid specialists directly or indirectly employed by it.  The list shall be submitted to the Board Office by January 30th each year and shall include the company name and main address, name of the licensee, and their license number.
